Quick Water Bottle Tags

As I've shared earlier, I'm having a super busy summer full of outreach opportunities from teaching ESL to hosting youth camps. My family and I have also been hosting many friends from America who help us with these events. As has been tradition, I put together a snack basket for our guests to welcome them in our home.

With the help of some staple Want2Scrap products, I created these quick tags for the water bottles I leave in our guest room. I stamped the Penny Black poppy stamp in Clearsnap Vivid Brick red ink on to the Wants2Scrap Manilla tags. I punched out the turquoise butterflies that match the twine and embellished them with Want2Scrap Baby Bling Pearls White - 100 Count - 2.5mm. I attached the butterflies using the GlueArts Adhesive Squares™ Brand Adhesives-PermaTac.

I wrote a personal note on the back of the tags and here they are making plain water bottles a little fancier. :)

I also include some small packs of munchies like nuts, crackers and, of course, chocolates in the basket!

How about you? What kind of gifts do you put together for your guests? I'd like to know more ideas on making our friends welcome in our home. Thank you for joining me today, friends!

  1. Oh Nina these are just gorgeous, and what generous baskets you give. I generally make a simple welcome card which is always appreciated.

  2. What a wonderfully kind thing to do Nina. I'm sure people love to come and help with the ministry and this warm welcome must make them even more thankful!
