It's a Surprise Party! Happy 1st Birthday, Stamp TV!

To celebrate, some of GinaK Designs crew and challenge hostesses wanted to throw a little party for Gina by creating birthday cards using a previous Stamp TV kit or any Gina K set. It has been a wonderful year for me designing for GinaK Designs and being a part of the StampTV family. Thanks, Gina, for making StampTV a worthwhile resource site and a fun place to "hang out" and be inspired.

Here is my card that uses Inside and Out set, the current free with 3 set (purchase 3 stamp sets and you get this free). The card base is Innocent Pink. I die cut the scallop edge with the Spellbinders Big Scalloped Border. I also used Soft Sand CS, Chocolate Kiss ribbon, Neutral button Assortment and pearls. The flower is by Prima.

Now, it wouldn't be a party without a present, would it? :-) There is a StampTV kit up for grabs, friends.

Celebrating 100K Hits!

As I was writing yesterday's post, my visitor counter was less than a hundred hits away from the 100,000 mark. I'm humbled by you all, your regular visits and kind comments. I made this card for you, my friends - THANK YOU SO MUCH from the bottom of my heart.

I have giveaways planned for my first blog anniversary (coming up at the end of March), but I will have to do it sooner to celebrate the 100K milestone. So, leave me a comment in any of my posts between now and Friday, March 19, and I will pick from this week's comments a random winner who will receive some paper crafting goodies (will include at least one GinaK Designs stamp set and/or some SRM stickers) in the mail from me. Remember the Little Things

Today's project is one that was posted on SRM Stickers Facebook page. It's a little notepad I made for my 10-year-old daughter. I always encourage her to find ways and reasons to be thankful, even in the little things. This notebook will, hopefully, help her do just that, on which she can jot her thoughts down throughout the day. It's small enough (8" x 2.5") that it can fit easily in her bag. I used Cosmo Cricket Material Girl papers. I can't get enough of these papers. I just love them!

I used SRM Sticker, Express Yourself - Everyday Life. It has so many wonderful phrases for cards and more notepad projects.

I've been swamped with various home and stamping projects and haven't been able to visit you all. Thank you for your kind comments here. Though I may not respond to each and every one, know that you bless me with each kind word.

Hi, all...

My hubby arrived safely last night and it was a happy reunion. We are one whole family again. He brought me lots of goodies to play with and I spent all morning organizing my craft space. I've been very busy creating, but can't share them just yet. Gina has started the snippets on her blog of the new releases. Can you guess which one is mine?
