Noel and some changes

Before I share my card, I just want to let you know that if you have any questions for me, please use the chat box on my left sidebar. I received a few questions recently, but I was not able to send my response because the sender either didn't provide an email address; or the sender has a complicated spam filter that made my response undeliverable. I was asked to do a 2-3 step verification that included my going to an unknown link. For my own safety, I didn't proceed. From now on, if you have questions, please post in on the chat box. This will also benefit others who might have the same questions. Often emails get lost in my inbox as well and my own spam filter may tag your emails as spam, thus preventing me from seeing it in the first place. Thank you!

I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was busy that started with my daughter's piano recital. She was nervous, but did very well. I'm a proud mama :).

My card today was for Card Patterns sketch last week. This is a bittersweet moment for me as this is my last card as a member of the Card Patterns DT. In order to simplify my life, I have decided to step down from the CP team, starting the beginning of the year. I have loved my time with Michelle and Tracy and will miss working with these two talented ladies, as well as the many other wonderful ladies who have been part of the DT the last 2 years I was part of it. I won't be a stranger as I will continue to follow the sketch there, just not in an official capacity.

I used Layers of Color's Beautiful Lace and Christmas Verses sets for this one. The vintage girl image is from The Graphics Fairy. I'm entering this to her Brag Monday feature. The papers are Webster's Pages. The bling is Want2Scrap. The lace was cut with Spellbinders dies.

I also help host a Women's Christmas party for our church yesterday. It's an annual event that many ladies look forward to every December. It's our way to reach out to women in our community and is very well received every year. God truly blessed our time.
Here are some of the wonderful ladies with whom I get to share this experience.
Have a great week, friends!

Gorgeous Lace

Just a quick post today for the TAC (Totally Awesome Chicks) Challenge, which is organized by a group of former Angel Company demos (led by Christine) who still show their love for TAC products. They have a hop going on now featuring my former TAC stamps. I am so honored that they would showcase my designs for this hop. Thank you, ladies. Even though my TAC career was short-lived, I've been blessed getting to know you.

If you own any of my TAC stamps. feel free to join us. I used my old Scalloped Circles stamps (die cut with Spellbinders scalloped circle dies) for this card, which I made this summer for a publication. When TAC closed, I couldn't get it published anymore :). The sentiment is from Beautiful Lace, which is now available again through Layers of Color, along with a few other former TAC stamps. It's a very simple design that is easy to mass produce.

Layers of Color's Nina B Designs Release Hop

Thank you for joining us today for the Layers of Color's release of my former Angel Company stamps.
After TAC closed, I received so many emails inquiring about my designs. I was disappointed when TAC didn't work out, but was encouraged by the response to my stamps there. Even better, I met several new friends who were TAC fans, so not all is lost...not at all! And now some of these TAC stamps can be purchased through Layers of Color. And because the plates are different between two companies (LOC's are bigger), I have added new images to the set that complement the others in each set. It's great to have a second chance at designing the same sets :). I hope you will like them, too.

I have a few photos to share with you today. My first card uses Dotted Dahlias, which was colored with Copics, as the main focal point. I also used the Fairy Wishes set as a background. The sentiment is from the Beautiful Lace set.
Here is the close up of the dahlia. I had so much fun coloring this.

My second card is a little more involved than my usual cards, but I had so much fun putting it together. The butterfly is from Fairy Wishes set. The word "Mom" is from the Sweet Silhouettes set and the "i love you" is from The Love Chapter set.

I also found some burlap fabric to play with and die cut that using Spellbinders Heart Nestabilities. The birdcage is also die cut (links below). The papers are Webster's Pages and the bling is from Want2Scrap.
As with any LOC hop, we also have giveaways! Leave a comment here on this post and tell me which of my new sets do you like the most. I will pick a winner who will receive that set for free. You have till midnight tonight to enter. The winner will be announced tomorrow! I also have a referral contest going on now in my Nina B Designs Facebook page. Refer your friends to like it and I will pick a random winner who, along with his/her referrer, will win one of my LOC Christmas stamps.

Make sure you stop by the Layers of Color blog for another chance for a giveaway! And here are the DTs' blogs for more inspiration:

This one uses Beautiful Lace and Sweet Silhouettes. If you come here often, you know how much I love vintage things, so I had to design these stamps :).The beautiful lace is stamped with a light pink ink. I used several Spellbinders dies on this one.

LOC Sneak Peek: Hello, Gorgeous

Welcome to the first day that the Layers of Color team will be sharing sneak peeks of the re-release of my Angel Company stamps through LOC.

This card uses one of my favorites sets called Beautiful Lace. The big lace image fits inside the Spellbinders Large Circle Die. The papers are by Little Yellow Bicycle.
Hello, Gorgeous
Here's a close up of this beautiful vintage image (see link below). I framed her face using some Want2Scrap Nestabling.

On a side note, I decided to try out Inlinkz' Link Manager. So from now on, pertinent links of supplies I used will be listed at the bottom of each post. It will take some time to list all my supplies, but I think it'll be worth it in the end.
