So Blessed, New Stamps & Winners

Hello, friends! I have a new card, new stamps and the winners of the NinaB Designs blog hop to share with you today.

First my card...I used 3 of my Penny Black stamps: Lace Delight (the border on the bottom), Petal Party (flower) and So Blessed (sentiment). I had so much fun making this card. I used that Polaroid frame again.

The die cut center is actually parchment paper cut using the Spellbinders Medallion Four die. Isn't it beautiful? The flower was colored with Copic markers. The leaves were die cut using my design, Spellbinders Little Leaves.

Now some new stamps to share with you. These 5 sets were introduced at Winter 2013 CHA and are now available at your LSS or the PB Online store:
And last week, The Craft's Meow had their February Release, including these two sets of mine: Baby Shelf and Soaring High:
***And now the winners of the NinaB Designs hop:
Prize #1 from my blog: Tammy
Prize #2 from Clare's blog: Moosik
Winners, please email (via Contact tab above) me with your info within 4 days (till Feb 28) in order to claim the  prize. Please put under Subject, "Feb 2013 NBD Hop Winner." This will help with organization and avoiding confusion since I have to depend on my mom to do most of my mailing for me. Thanks for understanding. Thank you all for entering! Petal Party Thanks

I have a special card for you today that took more than my usual 30-min limit :). But I had so much fun making it. I used my Penny Black's Puzzle Parts and Petal Party stamps.

First, I made my own background paper using the intricate border design from Puzzle Parts inked in rainbow ombre colors. I hope I'm using that term correctly here, but you get the idea :). Moxie Fab's Challenge here and here inspired me to do this. I then created a window by die cutting the middle part with my Spellbinders Labels 28, one of my designs from Summer CHA.

I then stamped the flower from Petal Party on a piece of paper and colored it with Copics. I adhered it to the card front so it shows in the center of my window panel. The white sentiment is by SRM Stickers. I just love that there is no need to heat emboss. I curled the ends of the little banner and adhered it over the window. I finished the card with some Want2Scrap pearls.

More Use-My-Stash projects

I have more projects to share with you today using my stash. I used my favorite Simple Stories paper stack for these cards. My first one uses a sentiment from Penny Black's Foliage Fancy stamp set.

This one uses a chipboard bird by Basic Grey. The sentiment is from Penny Black's Petal Party stamp set.
Dehoard-proj3
This card uses some die cuts using Spellbinders' Morrocan Accents and Motifs and The Craft's Meow's Love Dwells Here stamp set. The rosette is by American Crafts.

To all our American friends, we hope you all have a wonderful and safe thanksgiving weekend. It's an ordinary day here with school :(, but we'll celebrate with a special dinner that includes some treasured finds from the local markets (ribs and sweet potatoes).

Smiles

I took a break from my holiday card-making project and made today's card that used up some scraps laying around on my desk. This is pretty clean and simple. The papers are by Simple Stories.

I stamped and colored with Copics my Penny Black Petal Party stamps.I did something a little different with my coloring. I only blended the lighter shades of red and left the dark center. I kind of like the unique look. As usual, lace, twine and button are also used on my card :).
