This is a western-themed set that includes a silhouette horse with a damask "saddle." The sentiments fit inside the Spellbinders Ribbon Tags Trio 3. I loved this saying on my card from the moment I heard it for the first time from my Southern gentleman husband. It's an empathetic phrase and who wouldn't love hearing that when you're going through something awful. It could also be a phrase you use to lessen the blow of a criticism, but hopefully that's not a card you'd like to make often...haha.
I wanted to make a girly card and used My Mind's Eye papers. Some stitching, a lovely rose and vintage seam binding add to the feminine flair.

I really like the way you teamed the pink horse with the weathered barn board!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous card - love the way you made a 'timbered stable' wall and then made the rest of the card so feminine.
