The Craft's Meow's February 2012 Release Hop

It has been fun previewing the last few days. I hope you've enjoyed it, too. Today is the big day with a Blog Hop (lots of prizes up for grabs) and the new products are finally available at The Craft's Meow's store. If you came here from Michelle's blog, you're at the right spot. If not, please check out the list below for the order, so you don't miss what beautiful projects the team has made for today.

Today's card is soft and feminine using several of the new sets. The button card, sentiment and buttons are from Sew Lovely. The bird cage is from Tweet of You. The swirls on the button card and butterfly are from I've Got Your Number. I followed the colors of the patterned papers, which are by Melissa Frances. The beautiful lace border was die cut using Spellbinders Lace Doily Accents.
Hello, dear friend
I also used Spellbinders Labels 8 to die cut the button card. The butterfly is from Fanciful Flight dies. I love the accent of blue, which is Stampin' Up's Baja Breeze.

TCM Previews: Sew Lovely

Hello, friends. I hope you are enjoying the previews that The Craft's Meow team has been showing the last few days. The stamps will be available for purchase tomorrow. We will celebrate with a hop, so make sure you come back!

Today, we're featuring another set of mine that was released originally through The Angel Company. It's called Sew Lovely. I actually combined two sets into one and added a few more images. I designed this a long time ago and was looking forward to using it a lot, but then TAC closed its doors and I had to shelf it for later re-release. I have been dying to use it and now I can again! It makes great backgrounds and/or focal points. Many of these images coordinate with Spellbinders Labels.

I followed the color scheme of the patterned paper, which is by My Mind's Eye. The button card is die cut using SB Labels 8. The vintage bloomers (row of fabric roses) are by Want2Scrap. You will see more projects with these. I just love them!

The pin cushion you see below is a die cut from my Sewing Elements dies. The buttons were stamped with various Tsukineko inks and punched using a 3/4" circle punch.

TCM Previews: I've Got Your Number

Here we are again with another day of previews showing the new February release by The Craft's Meow. I hope you are getting inspired by the team with these new stamps. Today we're featuring a fun set called I've Got Your Number. It includes vintage numbers and other elements that gives it many possibilities for personalization.

I made a birthday card for my daughter who loves these colors. The numbers are distressed, which I really like. The papers are Echo Park again :).
Happy 11th

Spring Love

We are finally getting warmer weather and the snow is slowly melting away. Though it's still hovering right above freezing, we can finally enjoy being outside again. I was inspired to make this spring card.

The butterflies are Hero Arts digital stamps. The chevron background and sentiment (which was die cut using Spellbinders Home Sweet Home dies) are by Waltzingmouse stamps, the gray PP is Echo park. The bling is Want2Scrap. The links are below.
With Love
The butterflies were colored with Copics. I think this is the first time I've ever tried to blend two different color families.

I also used WMS Sketch for my card:
and the color scheme is from CR84FN challenge.
Have a great weekend, friends!

Happy Friday, friends. I have another preview card for you today to showcase the new February release sets by The Craft's Meow. Today, we are showing the adorable set called Owl See You in the Spring by Jenny Suchin.

I made a simple card with the cute owl and bird. And how funny is that sentiment?
