Sent with Love, Challenge and a Winner!

Life has slowed down quite a bit in Europe due to the unusually cold temps we are all facing at the moment. Though it is miserably cold here, it's nothing compared to our neighboring countries, more specifically Bosnia and Serbia. Many people are stranded in their homes and are dependent on the government to bring them food supplies. They need our prayers. You can view some amazing pictures of frozen Europe HERE.

I have two cards for you today. The first one uses my brand new Spellbinders Home Sweet Home dies set and my favorite Paper Hearts collection from Crate Paper. I made this for one of my girls for Valentine and that sentiment is just perfect for her. It's from TCM's Telegram set.

I die cut the inside of the house with the heart die, adhered another Want2Scrap heart bling and a flower in the center.

My second card is for The Craft's Meow's sketch challenge, which is open till the 14th. I'm not a big fan of purple, but I really love these papers from My Mind's Eye. I colored the fuschias from TCM Celebrating You set. Find the links below.

Here is a close up of the flowers. I think if I have to do this over again, I would color it to look more like it's water colored. These flowers look glassy to me, don't they? I'm still trying to improve my Copic coloring skills.

    These are beautiful Nina! I love the way the flowers turned out on the 2nd card. My Copic skills are very rudimentary- I'm working on them! Hope the weather warms up for you over there.

    Hi Nina. So sorry I have not been by for a VERY long while. Time just evaporates. I hope you are surviving the cold ok.
    These cards are delish. You can feel the love and warmth radiating fm the red one and I love the vibrancy of the purple one. Your colouring is amazing. Heaven help us all when you improve, I think it is awesome now. ooxx
