CHA was so much fun. I felt like a little kid going to Disneyland for the first time. I was so busy oohing and aahing that I forgot to take pictures. I took these just a couple of hours before I left, so they're not the best of the booths anymore. But, you can still see some awesome projects there. My favorite decoration was at the Ribbon Rings booth with these:
Aren't they gorgeous? Another of my favorite stops was the ProvoCraft booth. Here are some samples I took of projects and upcoming folders to be released soon.
And here's my 7-year-old with my friend from Croatia, Irena, after having their face painted.
I also got to meet some stamping divas like PTI's Debbie Olson, Nichole Heady, Dawn McVey (who's been to Croatia, so we talked about that), Angela of Unity stamps, and the lovely ladies at Splitcoasts Stampers (Lori Craig, Deb Felts and Jen Balcer).
I'm exhausted and hope to be able to share some cards with you soon. Tomorrow we head back to Orlando to get some R&R with my parents, who came from LA to join us this week.
But before I go, I want to show you some cards my friend Sue made with my new stamp set, Elegant Post. They are just stunning. You have to go to check out her blog for more eye candies like these.
I'm glad you had a lot of fun there! Great photo of your friend & DD :)
ReplyDeleteThe ribbon cakes look so delicious, too!!
Great photos! Looks like a lot of fun!
ReplyDeleteOooh I would have loved to go to CHA!!!
ReplyDeleteSounds amazing - enjoy some R & R now.
Glad you had a great time! Those ribbon cupcakes are adorable and I love the new cuddlebug folders. I'm always thinking of embossing textures that would look good on a Disney page. At CHA Anaheim I had to be dragged out of the Tim Holtz booth, and the Basic Grey, Cosmo Cricket and Quickutz booths are must stops for me too! Don't you feel inspired to create some great stuff now? And it's so hard to wait for all the new stuff to come out!
ReplyDeleteI am so envious! It looks like it was a blast! So glad you shared your photos! BTW- your daughter is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI'm thrilled you had a great time. Thanks for sharing all the gorgeous photos. and the sneak peeks. Your daughters face paint is adorable.

It's always a joy to hear from you!
Blessings to you!
