How was your Mother's day weekend? Mine was a little different from what was planned, but life would be boring if everything goes as planned, right? We were expecting a group of friends visiting from GA. I spent a good part of the day cooking, cleaning and preparing on Saturday. On Sunday, we found out their flight had been canceled due to the volcanic ash hovering all over Europe. They were stuck in Munich, Germany. So, my husband drove 6.5 hours (which usually takes 5) to get there and drove another 6.5 hours back. They weren't able to get their luggage, but I'm just glad they're all here.
Today, I have my friend Heather's card to show you. This shows her distinct, romantic vintage style that I just adore. She used Vintage Backgrounds on the strip of polka dots and the text on the flower. You will find more details about this beauty on her blog.
