Card Patterns' First Anniversary Blog Hop

I am so glad you stopped by today for Card Patterns' sketch blog's first anniversary. To celebrate this momentous day, the Card Patterns team is having a blog hop starting today. And what is a party without prizes? There will be lots of cards to see and fun prizes up for grabs. You can find more details in the Card Patterns blog today.

Thank you to so many of you who play along with us every week. You've all been a source of inspiration to me with your creativity. I hope the Card Patterns team have been a blessing to you as you have been to us.

So, now here's the super-easy sketch:

My thank you card uses GinaK Designs Lovely Labels and Inside and Out (sentiment) sets. The patterned papers are Webster's Pages. I die cut a printed old text with a Stampin' Up! sizzlit for the butterfly.

Here is another card using my friend Laura's beautiful stamps, Flutterescent and Nature Walk by her company, Layers of Color. The label and sentiment are from GinaK Designs' Lovely Labels. I stamped the background randomly using LOC stamps.

Both cards qualify for the Moxie Fab Olympics of Stamping challenge. Make sure you stop by our Guest DT this week, a very talented lady from Russia,

And tomorrow, the two stops are YVONNE and MICHELLE. Happy hopping!
